We wish those hurt in this crash a full and swift recovery.

Car Accidents in Connecticut

Car accidents in Connecticut are a daily occurrence, especially on busy highways such as I-395, I-84, and I-91. With thousands of vehicles traveling daily, even a moment of inattention can lead to tragedy. Heavy traffic, bad weather, and fatigue make these routes especially dangerous.

Many crashes occur when drivers follow too closely, change lanes suddenly, or fail to stay alert. Rain, fog, or poor lighting can also limit visibility and reduce reaction time. Every year, countless people in Connecticut suffer serious injuries from accidents that could have been prevented.

Victims often suffer broken bones, brain injuries, and deep tissue trauma that require months of treatment and rehabilitation. These injuries bring pain, emotional distress, and financial hardship that disrupt normal life. Families often struggle to keep up with medical bills and recovery needs.

Under Connecticut law, accident victims may seek compensation for losses such as:

  • Medical expenses for emergency treatment, surgeries, and rehabilitation
  • Lost wages and reduced earning ability
  • Pain and suffering caused by physical and emotional trauma
  • Property damage from the crash
  • Long-term or permanent care needs

Insurance companies often pressure victims to settle quickly for less than their claims are worth. Working with an experienced car accident lawyer ensures you receive the full compensation you deserve.
