West Hartford, CT (June 4, 2026) – Four vehicles were involved in a crash on Thursday morning, June 4, that left three people injured. No names or ages were included in the initial report on the accident. The cause of the collision has not been confirmed, and the investigation is ongoing.

We hope all three people recover quickly and fully.

What Should Drivers Know About Multi-Vehicle Crashes on North Main St in West Hartford, CT?

Multi-vehicle crashes that involve large commercial vehicles like dump trucks can create complicated legal situations for everyone involved, including passenger car drivers, bus passengers, and bystanders. In Connecticut, injured parties generally have two years from the date of a collision to file a personal injury claim. Acting within that window and gathering information early can make a meaningful difference in how a case develops.

People hurt in collisions with dump trucks or other commercial vehicles often face injuries that are more severe than those from standard passenger car crashes.

Possible injuries include broken bones, head trauma, and back or neck injuries that may not fully surface until days after the collision. When a school bus is involved, passengers aboard the vehicle may also have legal options worth exploring.

A car accident attorney can help sort through the different parties who may bear responsibility in a multi-vehicle crash, which can include individual drivers, commercial operators, or fleet owners. Legal guidance can clarify what evidence to preserve and what steps to take before deadlines pass.
