Berlin, CT (October 23, 2025) – Emergency responders were dispatched Tuesday morning, October 21, after a vehicle crash with injuries occurred on Route 9 South near Exit 31. The collision, reported around 9:34 a.m., caused delays along the busy stretch of highway as first responders arrived to assist the victims and secure the area.
