The crash occurred around 5:26 p.m. in the area of 281 Locust Street, according to the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hartfordct.gov\/Government\/Departments\/Fire\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hartford Fire Department.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Emergency crews responded quickly to the scene and found the rider suffering from injuries. Paramedics provided immediate medical assistance before transporting the individual to a local hospital for further evaluation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Authorities said the collision occurred when the Jeep turned into a business entrance and hit the scooter traveling nearby. The driver of the Jeep stayed at the scene and cooperated fully with responding officers. No other injuries were reported in the crash.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Hartford Police Department is continuing to investigate what led to the collision.
