Hartford, CT (August 23, 2025) – Emergency crews responded to a two-vehicle collision in Hartford’s North End on Wednesday afternoon that left at least one person injured.
The crash occurred around 12:37 p.m. on August 20 at the intersection of Albany Avenue and King Philip Drive. According to initial reports, one of the drivers complained of neck and back pain following the impact.
Authorities said the vehicles involved were a Nissan Rogue, which sustained heavy front-end damage, and a Honda Civic with significant damage to its passenger side. Police, fire, and EMS units arrived within minutes to secure the scene and provide medical care.
The intersection, a busy stretch of roadway that carries both residential and commuter traffic, was temporarily slowed as responders assisted the injured party and began investigating the circumstances surrounding the collision.
No word has been released yet regarding the injured individual’s condition or whether any citations will be issued. The Hartford Police Department continues to investigate.
