We extend our sincere condolences to the family of the deceased victim and hope for a full recovery of those injured.

What Should I Do Immediately After a Car Accident In Connecticut?

After a car accident in Connecticut, you should seek medical attention, report the crash, and document the scene as soon as possible. Taking these steps helps protect your health and creates a clear record of what happened. Quick action also supports any future insurance or legal process.

In the hours after a collision, people may notice injuries right away or develop symptoms later. Common issues include neck pain, back injuries, and head trauma. Medical visits help identify these conditions early and provide records that connect injuries to the crash.

Connecticut law requires drivers to report certain accidents and exchange information at the scene. Keeping records such as photos, contact details, and medical documents can be helpful later. A car accident lawyer can review this information and explain how insurance coverage and liability may apply.
