Hartford, CT – Vehicle Hits Woman Near Walmart on Flatbush Ave

Hartford, CT (October 27, 2025) – A woman sustained injuries on Sunday, October 26, after being hit by a vehicle near the Walmart Plaza on Flatbush Avenue in Hartford.

De acordo com o Corpo de Bombeiros de Hartford, emergency crews responded to the scene around 5:17 p.m. after receiving reports of a pedestrian who had been struck by a vehicle. Upon arrival, firefighters found the woman conscious and alert, lying on the ground near the shopping plaza. 

Paramedics treated her at the scene before transporting her to a nearby hospital for further evaluation. Authorities have not yet released information about the extent of her injuries.

The driver involved remained at the scene and cooperated with officers as the Hartford Police Department began investigating the circumstances leading to the collision. The area experienced temporary traffic delays while crews assisted the victim and cleared the roadway.

The investigation into this pedestrian accident remains ongoing.
