Granby, CT (May 28, 2026) – A garage engulfed into flames on Wednesday, May 27, and consequently left one person with burn injuries on Evergreen Drive in Granby. Granby Fire rushed to the scene around 1:32 p.m. and found that a car had initiated the fire and it spread into the home.
Mutual aid was brought in as responders worked to contain the spread and assist the burn victim. The fire moved from the garage into the house before crews arrived in force.
