Glastonbury, CT (October 25, 2025) – Two people suffered life-threatening injuries after a three-vehicle crash on Friday, October 24, on Hebron Avenue in Glastonbury.
The collision happened around 8:53 p.m. when a vehicle traveling west on Hebron Avenue lost control on a curve and struck an oncoming car in the eastbound lane. A third vehicle traveling east then hit the wreckage. The impact left all three cars crushed and debris scattered across the roadway.
Emergency responders arrived within minutes and worked to rescue those trapped inside the vehicles. Firefighters used hydraulic tools to free two people.
Paramedics treated the victims on the scene before rushing them to a nearby hospital in critical condition. Another person also suffered serious injuries but managed to escape the vehicle before help arrived.
Officials remained at the scene through the night, gathering evidence and speaking with witnesses to determine how the crash happened. Crews reopened Hebron Avenue around 2:15 a.m. on Saturday, after clearing the wreckage.
