East Hartford, CT (May 8, 2026) \u2013 <\/b>A multi-car crash with reported injuries occurred Thursday, May 7, on Route 2 Westbound between Exits 1D and 1A in East Hartford at approximately 9:38 a.m. The <\/span>East Hartford Fire<\/span><\/a> and emergency units responded to the scene as multiple vehicles were involved in the accident.<\/span><\/p>\n

Responders found several cars involved in the collision. Three left lanes of Route 2 Westbound were closed as emergency personnel worked at the scene. The extent and severity of injuries have not been released.<\/span><\/p>\n
