STOP SIGN…WHAT STOP SIGN?

Problem:  This case was another low speed accident where the defendant failed to yield from a stop sign.  My client was a passenger and suffered primarily from a knee contusion and a sore back.  As a precaution, he went to the emergency room to be checked out. That was his only treatment.  The medical charges were a little over $1780.00, his health insurance paid for everything so he had a 0 balance.

Process:  The client’s goal was simple: he wanted compensation for his knee pain, which he experienced for a few weeks post accident.

Solution: This client was seeking compensation for the pain he felt in his knee which lasted several weeks before fully resolving.  He and I devised a plan tailored to fit his goals and he eventually settled for $2,780.00.

This is an example of another client who took a reasonable approach and eventually reached a fair settlement.  He understood that his case wasn’t a multi-million dollar case, but he still had legal rights. If it weren’t for the negligence of someone else, he wouldn’t have had to go to the Emergency Room and wait around for hours to be seen.  He also would not have experienced several weeks of pain but for the accident.

If you have been injured by the negligence of someone else, no matter no matter the severity, you should call me to receive a free consultation regarding your legal rights.
