Hartford, CT (April 30, 2026) – A vehicle rolled over and struck a building on Main Street in Hartford Wednesday evening, April 29, injuring a woman and a young child. Policía de Hartford and emergency units responded to the scene at 3580 Main Street at approximately 7:45 p.m.
Witnesses reported that the woman and the baby were able to exit the vehicle on their own following the crash. The two then left the scene in a separate vehicle before emergency responders could evaluate them.
Authorities began checking area hospitals after witnesses reported the child appeared to be injured. Shortly after, officials confirmed that the woman and the approximately 2-year-old child arrived at CT Children’s Medical Center for medical attention.
The cause of the rollover has not been released. Authorities continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding this accident.
