Preston, CT – Six Hurt in Crash on Rte 2 near Maynard Hill Rd

Preston, CT (July 25, 2025) – Six individuals were transported to the hospital after a crash on Route 2 in Preston on Friday afternoon, July 25.

According to information provided by the Preston Fire Department, emergency crews were called to the scene near the intersection of Route 2 and Maynard Hill Road shortly before 1 p.m.

First responders confirmed that six people sustained injuries in the collision and were taken to nearby medical facilities for treatment. At this time, police are still working to determine the cause of the accident.
