Connecticut Car Accidents
Car accidents are a daily reality on Connecticut’s roads, leaving countless people with painful injuries, mounting medical bills, and uncertainty about what comes next. From congested highways like I-84 and I-95 to busy city streets in Hartford, New Haven, and Bridgeport, crashes can happen in seconds—and the aftermath can last a lifetime.
Most injury accidents are preventable and often involve the same dangerous behaviors:
- Distracted Driving: A quick glance at a phone or GPS can be enough to cause a serious collision.
- Impaired Driving: Alcohol and drug use remain a leading factor in Connecticut car crashes, endangering everyone on the road.
- Speeding & Reckless Driving: Excessive speeds, tailgating, and unsafe lane changes give other drivers little chance to avoid disaster, often making injuries far worse.
Victims of car accidents may suffer from broken bones, concussions, back injuries, or other serious conditions that require long-term care. Beyond the physical pain, the financial and emotional toll can be overwhelming. If another driver’s negligence caused your injuries, you may be entitled to compensation for your medical expenses, lost wages, and pain and suffering.
